NOAH GLICK

Noah is a Managing Partner of West Bluff Partners. Noah’s background is deeply rooted in investing in and growing private companies. Prior to founding West Bluff Partners, Noah founded and led Allens Creek Capital Partners, a franchise-focused private equity investment vehicle with significant operating control. Noah also served as a Vice President of investments at KSL Capital Partners, a $10B+ private equity firm. While at KSL, Noah led a number of acquisitions, private and public dispositions, financings, and fundraises across a range of consumer-focused industries. He also actively supported portfolio company operations. Prior to his time at KSL, Noah was an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Capital (formerly Lehman Brothers), focused on M&A as well as debt and equity raises. Noah holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

PETER BRIGGS

Peter is a Managing Partner of West Bluff Partners. He has extensive strategy and operational experience, having spent his career launching multi-billion-dollar business lines for major Fortune 100 firms.  Peter’s experience includes the launch and scaling of HBO Max with WarnerMedia, as well as the launch of the Xbox One game console and the build-out of the Xbox Live service while at Microsoft.  Peter has built his career with a keen focus on developing strategy, research and analytic teams that leverage data to build strong, sustainable businesses while identifying new and emerging growth opportunities.

Peter has deep roots in the Rochester area and currently serves on the board of The Strong Museum of Play, and on the Development Advisory Committee for Goodwill of the Finger Lakes.  Peter has an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Emory University.
